Are There Any Repair Locations for Damaged REDMAGIC Devices?
Travelling is one of life’s greatest joys, and whether it's for work or leisure, your REDMAGIC smartphone can always go along for the ride. Yes, REDMAGIC smartphones can be used in different countries and support multiple global bands, though compatibility may vary by carrier. To ensure that your service carrier supports connectivity with REDMAGIC, check the connectivity bands on the specs page for the specific model.
Additionally, you can use a third-party website to check out coverage with different carriers in your country. We don’t recommend importing one of our devices to your country if we do not ship there. The connectivity bands might not be optimized in that area and won’t work well in your location. View the locations we currently ship to here.
Gaming can be a very precise and dedicated art, which means that every input on your screen is important. If you find that your phone case or hands keep accidentally touching the screen and giving the wrong input during the game, you can simply change a few settings to solve the problem.
In your Game Space menu under Energy Cube settings and Adjust Operations, you will find the Edge Accidental Touch Protection feature. This customizable setting minimizes unintended touches from your palm or the edge of your hand around the edge of the screen. You could also adjust the screen sensitivity settings in the same menu to avoid false touches.

It’s easy to lose track of time when you game but that shouldn’t prevent you from keeping your REDMAGIC devices clean and in good condition. This will keep them from deteriorating and help with longevity. After all, you do spend hours touching or wearing these devices; they should be clean.
Now, REDMAGIC devices come with advanced display materials that are already fingerprint and scratch resistant, but you should still make it a habit to wipe off your screen regularly. A few other cleanliness tips for your devices include:
This is a very normal occurrence with fast chargers due to the high amount of power flowing through them. If this is becoming an issue, you could simply switch to regular charging in your device settings if that’s an option. If you would like to inquire about the pricing of spare parts before sending your REDMAGIC phone for repair, you can easily check the recommended prices of spare parts by selecting your phone model from the list here. You will then see the price list for spare parts such as the screen, motherboard, battery, or front camera, along with the reference prices for out-of-warranty repairs. The reference prices are only applicable to repairs carried out by the REDMAGIC Repair Center in European regions and countries.
For other areas that we ship to, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your REDMAGIC product(s) for any reason. Please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement or contact support@redmagic.gg for help directly.
Please note: the return or replacement is only applicable to devices purchased on redmagic.gg. If you purchased your REDMAGIC device from a third-party seller, please reach out to that seller.
Once your package is received and checked to verify that warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund or a replacement for all eligible product(s). Please note that all accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for refunds. To qualify for a replacement or refund, devices must be in "as new" condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. If the accessory is returned for no reason, then we will deduct the return shipping fee from the returned amount.
For all returns, please pay the shipment fee. If your device is faulty/DOA, we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation that your device is within warranty.
